Her experience includes senior management positions with Fortune 500 multi-national organizations in t he areas of OD/HR, franchise and company operations, business development, TQM, union employee relations, and training & development in manufacturing and service industries.
From her experience, research and interviews with business leaders around the world, Bett developed a four-stage global team development process . Each stage helps global project team leaders maximize team performance, reduce team costs and meet critical deadlines.
